Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of game server hosting services provided by Legion Hosting ("we", "us"). By ordering or using a server you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms and pay for the service on your behalf.

2. The service

We provide managed game server instances on our infrastructure. You choose a plan (RAM, CPU, storage, player count). We provision a server after successful payment and give you access to a control panel for console, files, and backups.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not promise a specific uptime number during our launch period. We will publish a service status page and notify customers of planned maintenance.

3. Fees and billing

Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars, per month, exclusive of any taxes we are required to charge. There are no setup fees.

Plans renew automatically each month using the payment method on file. You authorise us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge that method on each renewal until you cancel. We do not store your card details — payment is collected on the processor's hosted page.

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend the server until payment succeeds. See Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the control panel or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the service runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not automatically refund partial periods except where the Refund Policy says so.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Data and backups

You are responsible for the content on your server and for keeping your own copies of anything important. We provide backups on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee recovery of any particular file. Do not use a game server as your only copy of irreplaceable data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a server for non-payment, breach of the AUP, use that puts other customers or our network at risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost players, or lost revenue.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
