Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every server hosted by Legion Hosting. It exists so one customer's server can't ruin it for everyone else.

Don't do this

• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights or intellectual property.
• Attacking, scanning, or flooding other systems — including DDoS, botnets, and exploit tools.
• Spam, phishing, malware, or fraud of any kind.
• Cryptocurrency mining or any workload that isn't a game server.
• Harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers people.
• Reselling or sharing your server as a hosting service without our written agreement.

Don't abuse resources

Stay within the RAM, CPU, and disk limits of your plan. Don't deliberately overload the node, evade limits, or interfere with other customers. We may throttle, suspend, or ask you to move to a larger plan.

Security

Keep your panel password and any server credentials private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account is compromised.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, suspend or terminate service, and preserve or disclose information where required by law. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where practical, we will tell you before acting and give you a chance to fix the problem.
